Every time I “re-download” uTorrent, It will show all the old torrents Ive downloaded (or attempted to download). This is even after previously deleting/uninstalling uTorrent, and removing/deleting all my torrents+data. I do my best to make sure that there is no trace left on the computer of torrents and the programs I use to get them, then when I download uTorrent again, they show up magically. WTH?

I have a small list of torrents loading that for some odd reason refuse to start even when I’m connected to thousands of peers and seeds. I understand you have to have a considerably higher ratio of seeders to peers in order to have high bandwidth. I’ve tried force starting and even reseting my banned peers list to no avail. Strange as it seems I’m able to load and complete other torrents with much lower seeds in a fraction of the time.
